Day 1: Arrival, Ho Chi Minh City
Upon your arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), you will be greeted by your local guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel first for short rest. In the afternoon, you will have half-day HCMC city tour to visit the War Remnants, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat). After tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
Spend the morning to visit the ornate Cao Dai Temple and learn the philosophy behind Caodaism. Attending the mid-day service with many followers will be a unique experience. Continue to explore Cu Chi Tunnels, the puzzle-like underground network built during the war of independence. Later get back to Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy some free time.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho
Today we head for a My Tho day tour in Mekong Delta, after My Tho tour we drive to Can Tho. Check in and enjoy some leisure time on your own.

Day 4: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Reap
This morning set off to the lively Mekong Delta. Take a pleasant cruise on Mekong River to discover fish floating market and islands, on which you'll visit orchard, bee-farm, local house, coconut candy workshop and so on. Lunch will be homemade dishes at a local family. Afternoon go back to Ho Chi Minh City for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon your arrival in Siem Reap, our guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.

Day 5: Siem Reap
After breakfast, firstly visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, from where go on further to visit the Bayon Temple with featured smiling Buddha statues and Elephant Terrace. After lunch, pay a visit to the symbol of Cambodia - Angkor Wat, and get a beautiful sunset view of it at the Bakheng Hill.

Day 6: Siem Reap
If you want, you can take the early morning trip to enjoy stunning sunrise of Angkor Wat. Breakfast either at hotel or take away is available. Start the day by visiting some local villages on the way to Banteay Srei Temples. Have lunch at a local restaurant for exotic cuisine. Ta Prohm Temple and Ta Keo Temple are your next stops before some leisure time in the late afternoon.

Day 7: Siem Reap - Luang Prabang
On your way to Tongle Sap Lake, stop to see the daily life of local people at a Khmer Village. On arrival, embark a boat to cruise around this big lake. The floating houses, floating schools, kids playing with big snakes…everything here is so different. After that, drive to the airport and fly to Luang Prabang. On the way to the airport, you can do some community service and donations to ACODO if you want.Upon your arrival, be met and escorted to your hotel for check-in and leisure for th rest of the day. If you want, relish the night at Phousi Night Market.

Day 8: Luang Prabang
Early this morning, you'll witness a sacred alms-giving ritual and visit the Phousi Market before breakfast. Proceed to visit the city highlights including the Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Visoun and Royal Palace Museum. Depart for the beautiful Khouang Si Waterfall, with a picnic lunch near the site. On your way back, drop by the Ban Ouay Village, and perhaps view sunset at Mountain Phousi if you like.

Day 9: Luang Prabang
Take a slow boat ride on the Mekong River this morning. This time, enjoy nice scenery along the river, with stops at the Pak Ou Caves for its special Buddha sculptures. In the afternoon drive to the Living Lands Organic Farm by Tuk-Tuk, where you will learn how the local people of Laos continuing to harvest rice without modern machinery.

Day 10: Luang Prabang - Chiang Mai
After breakfast, free at leisure until hotel check out and transfer to the airport for flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Discover Chiang Mai on your own pace.

Day 11: Chiang Mai
Breakfast at hotel and you will be picked up for a join-in tour to Baan Chang Elephant Park, during which the professional Elephant Mahout will guide you how to take care, feed, wash an elephant and have a ride on them through the hills and countryside roads. After that, have a shower and relax with some drinks. Today's tour ends at around 3: 30 pm and you'll be escorted back to you hotel.

Day 12: Chiang Mai - Bangkok
This morning, visit the significant Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh enshrining the highly revered Phra Singh Buddha. Then drive out of the city to Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, along the way with time to admire the Wat Umong. After that, be escorted to take a flight to Bangkok.

Day 13: Bangkok
Meet your guide after breakfast and head to Wat Po. Visit Lak Muang, Bangkok's city pillar, before explore to the famous Grand Palace. See the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Pra Kaew), the most revered shrine in the Kingdom. Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant before boarding a longtail boat to explore the klongs, Bangkok's maze of canals and waterways - see parts of Thai traditional life which have disappeared from most of Bangkok. End the day with a visit to Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, before returning to your hotel.

Here your English speaking chef will let you in on some of the secrets of Thai cuisine which as you will see takes a lot of preparation but is not always technically difficult. Learn about sweet & sour, spicy sauces and herbs and of course enjoy your own creations for lunch!
