About This Trip
This exciting itinerary will allow you to explore Thailand and Indonesia's remarkable attractions. Beginning the journey in Bangkok, you will visit the city's renowned Buddhist sites including the famed Grand Palace and Wat Arun, as well as the bustling flower and vegetable market for a glimpse of local life. Visit Ayutthaya, which contains the ruins of a former Thai capital. Then, you will transfer to northern Thailand. Visit the notable White Temple in Chiang Rai and spend a day with the lovely elephants in the laid-back city of Chiang Mai. The journey concludes on the idyllic tropical island of Bali for some cultural exploration and beach relaxation.

Day 1: International Arrival, Bangkok
Welcome to Thailand! On arrival in Bangkok, your tour guide will meet you and take you to the hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour
After breakfast, go to the flower and vegetable market to get a glimpse of the local's daily life. Next, explore the beautiful Grand Palace, the masterpiece of typical Siamese architecture and the famous Wat Phra Kaew inside the palace.
After lunch, watch Thai houses and rural life by long-tail boat cruising along the canal. Finally, move on to Wat Arun, a photogenic temple with a soaring spire decorated with tiny pieces of colored porcelain.

Day 3: Bangkok - Ayuthaya - Bangkok - Chiang Rai
This morning, drive to Ayutthaya, the former capital of Thailand. The first place you'll visit is Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, one of the most beautiful Summer Palaces in Thailand. Afterward, head to Ayutthaya Historical Park for a cultural heritage exploration. Your tour guide will take you to explore the highlights of this park including Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit.
After the tour, back to Bangkok for a late afternoon flight to Chiang Rai. On arrival, your local guide will transfer you to the hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Highlights of Chiang Rai
In the morning, you will visit the border village Mae Salong, which is fascinating for its resemblance as a small slice of China. After a relaxing stroll, go to Wat Phra Singh, one of the most visited and significant temples in Chiang Rai. Drive to Mae Sai Border. Later, make a rest stop at the Golden Triangle in Chiang Sean, where the three borders of Myanmar-Laos-Thailand meet.

Day 5: Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai
After breakfast, drive to the boat pier for a boat trip to Thaton. The boat trip will take about 2 hours, along the way you will visit the Karen Hill Tribe Village. When the boat trip ends, continue to visit the Long Neck Tribe. Have lunch at Maekok river village. After that, drive to Thaton Temple for a full view. Return to Chiang Mai and free at your leisure.

Day 6: Chiang Mai, Baan Chang Elephant Park
50 minutes north of Chiang Mai is Baan Chang Elephant Park, an ethically sound, sustainable refuge for man's largest friends on land. Leaving your hotel at 8:30 to 9:00 today by shuttle bus, you can visit them, touch them, wash them, play with them and even prepare their lunch and feed it to them! After lunch, visit the baby elephants who play and are cared for in their own nursery area. This Elephant's Day Care visit will remain with you forever.

Day 7: Chiang Mai - Bangkok, Cooking Class at Lanna Family
Today you will visit Lanna Family on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, experience their traditional Thai life and learn how to make Thai food.
After 45 minutes of driving, you'll meet your host family in an authentic Thai neighborhood. After being welcomed with a refreshing drink by your host, spend time with the Thai family learning about their life and visit the graceful teakwood homes. Stroll through the orchard and herb garden with your host family, who will also demonstrate how to make bamboo baskets and cigars from banana leaves. This rich cultural experience will wrap up with delicious home-cooked Northern Thai food that you will prepare with the family.
After that, transfer to the airport for a late afternoon flight back to Bangkok. Spend the night there.

Day 8: Bangkok - Bali
Enjoy your breakfast and spend some free time at the hotel, and then your driver will help you to check out and drive to the airport for your flight to Bali.
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport of Denpasar, our guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel in Ubud for some rest.

Day 9: Bali, Ubud Sightseeing
Start the morning with a performance of the Barong & Keris Dance to take in the local culture with history, costumes, and music. The highlights of today are exploring the stunning Besakih - the mother Temple of Bali high upon the slope of Mt. Agung, taking a side trip to the Goa Gajah (the Elephant Cave) and Holy Spring of Tirta Empul, located on the northern side of Tampaksiring, believed to have magical powers. Discover the fantastic Mount & Lake Batur before driving to your hotel for some leisure time.

Day 10: Bali, Ubud - Sanur
After breakfast, you will be escorted to Penebel for changing into a small car and then drive to a small village road with gorgeous views along the way. Continue to Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. Enjoy a beautiful excursion to see the real Bali with stunning and tranquil countryside views.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will be escorted to the hotel in Sanur. Check in and overnight in Sanur.
