Day 1: Welcome to Beijing
Your guide will wait for you at the airport and take you to the hotel after your arrival. The rest of the day is free time for you to relax or get around.

Day 2: Beijing
Today you will visit the Tiananmen Square which was once the world's largest urban square. The entry through the archways with the large portrait of Mao Tse-tung is just the start of the Forbidden City, where your guide will tell massive pieces of history about several main dynasties of China. Later, reach Jingshan Park where you can have a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

Day 3: Beijing
As the saying goes in China that he who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man. Today, you will visit the Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall, which is one of the quietest and most beautiful sections. You can take a round-trip cable car up to the top to avoid a strenuous climb. After that, the driver will take you back to the hotel. You will get a glance at the Olympic Bird's Nest and Water Cube from outside on the way.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an
In the morning, set off to the Temple of Heaven, where many local elderly people do their morning exercise there, you can also follow them to practice Tai Chi together. Continued with a visit to the Summer Palace with stunning scenery, beautiful architecture and rich history. In the afternoon, you will fly to Xi'an. Your next guide will take you to the hotel after meeting you at the airport.

Day 5: Xi'an
Terracotta Warriors and Horses is one of the must-sees in China. You will marvel at the incredible life-like clay soldiers and horses with different costumes and postures. Furthermore, each of them has a unique facial feature, and they were all made in the period of the first emperor of China. Later, come to the Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory to know the production process of these artworks. After lunch, you will visit the Muslim Street where you can see the food culture of the Muslims and taste some special street food up to your preference. The next stop is Great Mosque, whose architectural style is blended in Chinese classical characteristic and Mohammedanism features.

Day 6: Xi'an - Guilin
After breakfast, you will visit the Xi'an Ancient City Wall that is the biggest and best-preserved ancient city walls in China. Later, you will set off to the airport for the flight to Guilin, one of the most scenic city in China. Another tour guide will pick you up and send you to the hotel for check-in.

Day 7: Guilin - Yangshuo
Get ready for a relaxing Li River Cruise today. After breakfast, drive to the Zhujiang wharf, where you'll embark on your journey along the picturesque Li River. Along the way, as the boat is sailing downstream, you'll get unlimited fresh air, see amazing rock formations with lush greenery, spot water buffaloes, and pass by local fishing villages. When you reach the foot of Mt. Laozhai, the most scenic part of the whole section, just take out your camera to save all the fine views as pictures. You will think you have stepped into a traditional Chinese painting. After the cruise, drive to Yangshuo and check-in. This evening, it is suggested wander around the West Street by yourself.- B L

Day 8: Yangshuo - Guilin - Kunming
Today, get back to Guilin city to tour the Elephant Trunk Hill well known the elephant trunk-like mountain shapes. Later, be amazed at the fantastic stalactites in the Reed Flute Cave and you will know how magic the natural is. The following transfer is to the airport for the flight to Kunming. Your private guide will wait for you and take you to the hotel after your arrival.

Day 9: Kunming - Jianshui
Spend almost the whole day in Stone Forest, a national geological park and is called the essence of world's karst landforms. The rocks come out from the ground and spread across a huge area, which are pretty stunning and really do give the impression of a stone forest. You will be driven to Jianshui for around 3.5 hours afterwards.

Day 10: Jianshui - Yuanyang
Jianshui is a real Chinese style ancient town with just a few tourists around. You will firstly visit Chaoyang Gateway where local people have birds fighting as leisure activity and some do their morning exercise. Later, visit Temple of Confucius and the Garden of the Family Zhu. The Twin Dragons Bridge is a fine example of Ching Dynasty public works architecture, which is still standing in its splendor and has become a perfect photography spot. The last stop is Zhang's Family Garden. After that, leave for Yuanyuan with a driver of 3 hours.

Day 11: Yuanyang
Today, you will visit the famous Bada and Shengcun Rice Terraces. Walk through the terraces and enjoyed your time for this peaceful, relaxing and astonishing views. And then arrive at a Hani ethnic minority village. Pay attention to observe the clothing and houses of national minority, especially Yi and Hani nationality. After lunch you will visit Duoyishu Terraces and later enjoy the beautiful sunset at Laohuzhui Terraces.
Note: If you would like to, we may suggest you getting up early in the morning around 5:00-5:30 o'clock to see the sunrise at Duoyishu Terraces.

Day 12: Yuanyang - Kunming
On this day, you will be driven from Yuanyang back to Kunming directly for approximately 6 hours.

Day 13: Kunming - Dali
After breakfast, go to the airport for your flight to Dali. Upon arrival, your tour guide will escort you to the hotel. Later, pay a visit to a Bai ethnic minority village. In the late afternoon, take some time to explore Dali Ancient Town with slow pace. Enjoy the clean environment, crystal clear sky and plenty of flowers here. Today's sightseeing ends at Three Pagodas situated at the foot of Mount Cang and facing Erhai Lake.

Day 14: Dali - Shuanglang - Dali
In the morning, you will be escorted to Shacun Village at Xizhou Ancient Town. After the tour, you will be driven to Shuanglang Ancient Town located on the northeast coast of Erhai Lake. On the way from Shaxi Village to Shuanglang, you will take a chance to do a cycling tour for 2-3 hours. During this period, you can stop to take pictures at any spot. Enjoy the natural wind, the beauty of the scenery and comfortable surroundings.

Day 15: Dali - Lijiang
Take a cruise on the calm and peaceful Erhai Lake. Different angles give you different views and feelings. After the tour, start a 3 hours' drive to Lijiang Ancient Town with only the driver without your personal guide. Meet your local guide and tour the Lion Hill located inside the town after arriving.

Day 16: Lijiang
Appreciate the beautiful scenery and lovely backdrop of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain even when it is not winter time. You can take cable car up to the top. The clear blue sky and fresh air will make you feel refreshed and it is a fantastic walk on the glacier. After a visit to ancient Baisha Mural Paintings, you will be taken back to Lijiang to visit the Black Dragon Pool Park where there is Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture and you can soak up this kind of culture to expand your horizon.

Day 17: Lijiang - Shanghai
Enjoy some free time in the morning. And in the late afternoon, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Your local guide will take you to the hotel and assist with check-in after your arrival.

Day 18: Shanghai
Start to discover Shanghai city after breakfast. Firstly, admire Shanghai Museum where there is a translator will introduce historical Chinese currencies, furniture, clothing, pottery, calligraphy, painting, porcelain to you. You will head for Yu Garden then, which is famous for Chinese ancient landscape architecture. Wander towards Yuyuan Market to taste local food. Later, make a short stop at Jiangnan Silk Workshop to know more about Chinese silk culture and how silk is made. A nice walk on the Bund is wonderful experience after a day's transfer. Today's tour will end at the Shanghai World Financial Center where you can have a bird's eye view of the most prosperous area of Shanghai above the 90th floor.
