Day 1: Arrival, Beijing
This tour is designed for senior travelers, so you will explore China history, chat with local people, and enjoy beautiful scenery at moderate pace.
As the flight lands in Beijing, you will be greeted with a warm welcome by your guide and then be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to have a rest and recover from jet lag.

Day 2: Beijing
A morning excursion will take you to the Tiananmen Square, once the world's largest city square. Later, move to the majestic Forbidden City to learn about Chinese history from this classic palace complex. As the home of 24 emperors for almost 500 years, the City has 72 hectares consisted of 980 surviving buildings with 9,999 rooms. At last, you will visit the exquisite Summer Palace with perfect layout, magnificent buildings and enchanting landscape.
Optional: This evening, we highly recommend you to watch Chinese Kung Fu Show to get the charm of Chinese martial art.

Day 3: Beijing
Today, you will tour the Great Wall at Mutianyu Section, which is a symbol of China. As one of the essence in the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty, Mutianyu Section has not only the characteristics of military project such as sided embrasure, venerable ramparts and intensive watchtowers, but also the breath-taking natural scenery.
Continue your visit to the Chang Tomb, walking through the path with lots of different massive animal sculptures guarding the tombs. In the end, pay a visit to a jade gallery.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an
Today you will firstly visit the Temple of Heaven where you will also see the local people doing morning exercises, and you also can play Taichi there. Later, you will be escorted to the railway station for the high-speed train to Xi'an (about 5.5 hours). Upon arrival, a comfortable private transfer will take you to your hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free for you to have a rest or set out to explore this city on your own.

Day 5: Xi'an
Wake up early for a morning tour of the amazing Terracotta Warriors and Horses buried for Qin Shihuang, the first emperor of the unified China. There are more than 8,000 life-size and vivid terracotta statuaries arranged in battle formations. Pay attention to the detail and you will find that every soldier has a different face and hairstyle. Continue your visit to Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory.
In the afternoon, walk on the top of the Ancient City Walls, where you can see the daily life of the locals living around the proximity of the wall, and a great view of the city.
Optional: In the evening, you can feast your eyes on a Tang Dynasty Dancing Show, which brings the history of ancient China to life.

Day 6: Xi'an - Guilin
Except historical sites, Xi'an also has many delicious food that is worth tasting! Today you will experience Xi'an culinary culture by cooking home-made dishes with a local family. Choose the best ingredients from the market with the host, see the Chinese senior's life in a local mahjong house on the way, and then learn how to make dishes following the host's steps. After lunch, pay a visit to the Great Mosque featured with inner courtyards and the Muslim Street, a lively area with hundreds of shops selling traditional crafts and local food.
Later, your private guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Guilin. The local guide in Guilin will pick you up to the hotel for check in.

Day 7: Guilin
After breakfast, get ready for a relaxing journey along the Li River. You'll be transferred to Zhujiang wharf and embark on your Li River Cruise. During this journey, you'll take in the unlimited fresh air, enjoy lush greenery with karst hills, spot water buffaloes, and pass by local villages. After disembarkation in the early afternoon, transfer to your hotel and take a break. Next, take a countryside tour by private vehicle (about 1-2 hours). Take pictures with the endless rice fields, stroll around the peaceful villages, and watch the local people and their daily life.
Optional: Feast your eyes on an open-air show of Impression of Sanjie Liu, which portrays myths and legends of the Yangshuo culture with the stunning natural backdrop of mountains and rivers.

Day 8: Guilin - Shanghai
After driven back to Guilin in the morning, you will have a visit to Elephant Trunk Hill, said to resemble an elephant drinking water, and then stop at a pearl museum.
Later, your guide and driver will escort you to the airport for your flight to Shanghai, one of the seven ancient capitals of China. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.

Day 9: Shanghai
Today's first stop is Yu Garden, one of the most lavish and finest Chinese gardens. Have a foodie experience for lunch at Yuyuan Market nearby and know about the locals' life atmosphere. Go to Jiangnan Silk Workshop for the silk culture in China. After that, spend 1 hour walking along the less-traveled Shanghai urban area to discover the hidden gem of the city and have a visit to the Former French Section. Ends the tour with a strolling on the Bund.
Optional: A fantastic Acrobatics Show will make an unforgettable impression.

Day 10: Shanghai - Hong Kong
You will be free on this day until your local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong.
Upon your arrival at Hong Kong, a vibrant metropolis, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Day 11: Hong Kong
Today is free at leisure and you can discover Hong Kong in your way. Do crazy shopping, tour major highlights or visit friends...It is up to you.
Below are our suggested itineraries. If you are interested, please let your travel consultant know.
Option 1 (about 5 hrs) : You will explore Hong Kong's unique blend of Chinese heritage and colonial influences. Your tour will include Victoria Peak, the floating community of Aberdeen, Repulse Bay and Stanley Market of Hong Kong Island. Free in the afternoon.
Option 2 (about 4.5 hrs) : You will be met from the hotel and transferred to Central Hong Kong Park which is the first stop and start tour to visit the below items: Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, Rawlinson House, Peak Tram Station, The Helena May Building, St Johns Cathedral, St Josephs Church, Government House (view external only), Central Government Offices (view external only), Former French Mission Building, HSBC Main Building and Bank of China Building. After the tour, be transferred back to your hotel.
Notes: Sections of this tour involve walks up steep hills which may be strenuous for some people.
