Day 1: Arrival, Beijing
Upon your arrival at Beijing Airport, your guide will meet you at the airport with the meeting sign. After check in the hotel, you will have the rest day free at leisure.

Day 2: Beijing
This morning visit the Tiananmen Square followed by the magnificent Forbidden City. This Chinese masterpiece itself is mind blowing to surreal. Onward, climb up the Jingshan Park for a bird eye's view of the Forbidden City. After lunch, explore the Hutongs on foot (walking 0.5-1h). Soak up the atmosphere of local Beijingers' daily life by painting facial make-up of Peking Opera on a paper mask and watching the Crickets and Grasshoppers in the Hutongs. In the evening, enjoy the magnificent Kungfu show at Red Theater.

Day 3: Beijing
An early start today to drive to less crowed part of Great Wall. Begin to hike uphill the amazing Great Wall at Jinshanling Section for 2-4 hours and you will be rewarded at the end. After the tour, drive back to Beijing.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an
After breakfast, you will visit the Temple of Heaven and do a 30-40 min Tai Chi class taught by local master inside the park. Drive to the railway station for your high-speed train to Xi'an.

Day 5: Xi'an
After breakfast, you will first visit the Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory to learn how to make a clay copy of Terracotta Warriors. After this interesting hands-on activity, you will go to visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors. After lunch, you will be transferred back to downtown and you will have 1.5-2 hrs cycling on the Ancient City Walls and then continue to visit Xi'an ancient Bell Tower.

Day 6: Xi'an - Chengdu
After breakfast, you will tour the Grand Mosque and local Muslim food and clothing street. Before arriving at the airport, you will visit Hangyang Tomb on the way. Here you will do another interesting hands-on activity - stimulated excavation. Take the flight to your next destination for Chengdu.

Day 7: Chengdu
Today, your guide will take you to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. Here you can see the lovely animals, whose eyes are surrounded by large distinctive black patches. Later in the afternoon, continue to the Wenshu Temple, where you can relax in its tea house. Before returning to the hotel, take a short exploration in Jinli Old Street.

Day 8: Chengdu - Guilin
Free until your local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to the most beautiful city - Guilin.

Day 9: Guilin - Longsheng - Guilin
This morning head for Longsheng County (about 3 hours' drive), home to the spectacular Longji Terraced Rice Fields and over 20 minority groups such as Zhuang, Yao, Miao, etc. There you can take in the fantastic rice terraces, chat with minority people, and visit their unique stilt houses, really an experience. After today's tour, get back to Guilin.

Day 10: Guilin - Yangshuo
It is a relaxing day which starts with a Li River Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. You'll embark on your Li River journey at the Zhujiang wharf. As the boat sails downstream, you'll take in the unlimited fresh air, enjoy an otherworldly view with karst hills, bamboo groves, and water buffaloes. After disembarkation in the early afternoon, transfer to your hotel in Yangshuo. Later, enjoy a leisurely countryside tour either by bike or car (at your pleasure). If you'd like more activities today, we'd heartily recommend an optional open-air show of Impression Sanjie Liu with over 600 performers performing on the river.- B L

Day 11: Yangshuo - Guilin - Shanghai
Drive back to Guilin after breakfast to enjoy a half-day city tour, includes the symbol of Guilin - Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave with bizarre karst rocks. Continue to visit the Tea Science and Research Institute of Guilin. Here you will be able to learn how to pick tea from tea plantation and how to stir-drying tea. Later, fly to Shanghai. Upon arrival, meet your guide and be transferred to hotel for a rest.

Day 12: Shanghai
After breakfast, you will visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. Later, walk down the Bund, Nanjing Road along the Huangpu River and then get a bird's eye view of Shanghai city from the Shanghai World Financial Center. In the late afternoon, you will have an hour's leisure walking at Shanghai Urban areas. On the way, you will get a chance to see the local people's daily life and the old Shanghai buildings. The past, present, and future of Shanghai will catch your eyes.

Day 13: Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai
After breakfast, you will be met and transferred to the railway station for the high-speed train to Suzhou (about 0.5h, no guide service on the train). Firstly you will visit the quiet Lingering Garden and then learn how the pure silk products are made from a small cocoon at the No.1 Silk Factory. Afterward, you will take the rickshaw tour in the old town and enjoy Suzhou canal tour with a hand-rowed boat (about 40 minutes). Explore the Pingjiang Old Street before you are driven back to Suzhou railway station for the high-speed train back to Shanghai.

Day 14: Shanghai, Departure
Free in the morning till your guide escorts you to Longyang Station for the Maglev Train to the airport for onward flight.
