Day 1: Beijing, Arrival
Upon arriving in Beijing, your private guide and driver will greet you and escort you to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day will be spent at leisure.

Day 2: Beijing
Begin with the biggest city square in the world - the Tiananmen Square and then the Forbidden City which used to be the home of emperors and their households in Ming and Qing Dynasty. For afternoon, have a rickshaw tour to see traditional Hutongs and touch the lifestyle of local people (incl. Nanluoguxiang).

Day 3: Beijing
As one of the most photographic and steepest section, the ruined Jiankou Great Wall is favored by real hikers and photographers. Today, drive out of the city to Xizhaozhi Village and start hiking on a less steep eastern section of Jiankou Great Wall that extends to the restored Mutianyu section. See the wild Great Wall and picturesque sceneries along the way and have a picnic lunch on the Wall. When you reach Mutianyu, descend the Wall by cable car or toboggan or by walk based on your interest.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an
After breakfast, take a visit to the imposing Temple of Heaven, with chance to see people doing morning exercise. Later fly to Xi'an. Upon arrival, meet your guide and be transferred to your hotel. After a short rest, stroll along the bustling Muslim Street to taste local delicacies and handicrafts. If you like, visit the Great Tang All Day Mall at night.

Day 5: Xi'an
This morning, depart to feast your eyes with the amazing Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and then visit the Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory to make a terra warrior on your own. Later, get up to the imposing and well-preserved Ancient City Wall, from where you can overlook the city of Xi'an and cycle atop of City Wall.

Day 6: Xi'an - Guilin
This morning visit a local family, where you can chat with them, learn Chinese cooking and know more about life of Chinese people. You can also visit a local market or Mahjong House if time permits. After that, head for the massive underground Hangyang Tomb before your flight to Guilin. After arriving in Guilin, relax in the hotel or stroll around the Banyan Lake and Cedar Lake.

Day 7: Guilin
Head for Longsheng County this morning, which is famous for spectacular Longsheng Rice Terraced Fields and colorful ethnic culture. In Ping'an Village, you will walk along winding countryside roads to the viewpoint for a panoramic view of the rice terraces, with chance to see unique wooden/bamboo stilt houses, minority people wearing colorful costumes, exquisite handmade handicrafts, etc. Enjoy a quiet night at Longsheng tonight.

Day 8: Guilin
Today continue hiking to Jinkeng, a less-visited big village of Yao people where you'll see more magnificent rice terrace. The scenic hike from Ping'an to Jinkeng and nearby spots usually lasts 5-5.5 hours, during which you'll also visit a local village for a taste of Yao minority culture. After the hike, being escorted back to Guilin.
Note: You can go to Jinkeng by car so as to save time and energy. And hiking hour in Jinkeng is flexible. Your guide will modify the route based on your needs.

Day 9: Guilin
In the morning, experience an uplifting Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. Enjoy picturesque scenery along the river and get inspired by the peaks, clear water, charming rice paddies and water buffaloes. After disembarkation, You will be driven to your hotel in Yangshuo for check-in. The remainder day is yours and you could stroll along the West Street and go on a fun kayaking trip on the Li River at Fuli Dock.

Day 10: Guilin - Hangzhou
Drive back to Guilin after breakfast. Pay a visit to the symbol of Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill and explore the unique karst rocks in the Reed Flute Cave, followed by a visit to the Pearl Museum for a better understanding of Chinese pearl culture. After that, fly to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, meet your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel for a rest.

Day 11: Hangzhou
Start with a boat trip on the West Lake, to enjoy the fairytale scenery and learn mysterious origin of its name. After that, visit the Meijiawu tea plantation and dig deeper about traditional Chinese tea culture by learning how to pick up tea leaves, fry tea, taste tea, etc., from experienced tea farmer. After that, get back to Hangzhou.

Day 12: Hangzhou - Huangshan
Free at leisure till your guide escorts you to the railway station for the high-speed train to Huangshan City at the foot of Mt. Huangshan. The train journey will around 3 hours, which will be comfortable. As soon as you arrive at Huangshan station, your local guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to the hotel for a rest. Later, take a visit to Xidi and Hongcun, two elegant ancient villages renowned for their exquisite old buildings and attracting history. Drive back to the city of Huangshan.

Day 13: Huangshan
After breakfast, drive to Nanyuankon for a pleasant and scenic walk along the Xinan River. Xinan River is known as a "Ten-Kilometer Gallery of Art" for its idyllic scenery, so along the way you'll take in clear water and green hills, see nice local houses and schools, and may visit orchards to taste some fruits. Enjoy yourself!
Note: Walking hour is flexible, can be adjusted based on your interest and strength.

Day 14: Huangshan
This morning, drive to Mt. Huangshan and get to the top of the mountain by cable car. First spend 1.5 hours hiking to Begin-to-Believe Peak before checking into hotel for lunch. After a short rest, go on hiking to take in the fabulous scenery in West Sea Scenic Area (2-4 hrs). If in good weather, enjoy stunning sunset at Cloud Dispelling Pavilion.
Note: Hiking time is flexible, based on your interest and strength.

Day 15: Huangshan - Shanghai
If you like, get up early for the magical sunrise. After breakfast, start hiking to visit some must-see spots like the Lion Peak, Flying Rock, and Brightness Apex, each of which offers captivating views. Later, descend to the foot of the mountain by a cable car. Get escorted to the railway station for your high-speed train to Shanghai. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and have a good rest.Note: Hiking time is flexible, based on your interest and strength.

Day 16: Shanghai
This morning, visit the Yu Garden to get a close touch of Chinese traditional architecture and get a panoramic view of the whole city at the 100th floor of the Shanghai World Financial Center. In the afternoon, enjoy a unique bike tour through the exotic French Concession, during which you will see beautiful colonial-style-buildings, dance with local people, and have a coffee to enjoy the quietness of this distinctive area.
