Day 1: Welcome to Vietnam
As soon as you arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, your guide will be waiting for you at the airport and then transfer you to the hotel for check-in. You can spend the rest of the day having some rest.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
Today, start your trip with a visit to the famous Cu Chi Tunnel, which is a complicated underground tunnels network built for sheltering the Vietnamese soldiers. After that, you are going to take a tour through the city landmarks, including the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace). And from there, you are able to pay a visit to Ben Thanh Market, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall with just a few steps, immersing yourself in the culture and history of Vietnam.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho
After breakfast, you will be transferred to My Tho in Mekong Delta to enjoy the scenic view along the Tien River with a boat trip to visit My Tho's Fish Market, and you can also explore the beautiful landscapes of the Four Islands. After that, pay a visit to Mr. Muoi Hai's House, where you can sip a cup of the excellent honey tea and enjoy a talk with the host.
Board on a sampan, enjoying the scenery on the canals of Mekong River. After that, drive to Can Tho (around 2 hours) after getting off the boat at My Tho.

Day 4: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City - Hue
Today, sail on the vast Mekong River and visit the Cai Rang Floating Market, where you can experience the authentic local life with numerous boats loaded with varieties of goods shuttling around. After that, proceed to Bun Tau Noodle Factory before enjoying lunch. Head back to Ho Chi Minh City by road (about 3.5 hours) to fly to Hue. The rest of the day is yours to spend after checking in to the hotel.

Day 5: Hue
Today, your trip begins with a visit to the cultural heritage of Minh Mang Tomb, a majestic tomb famous for the spectacular architectural style. Next, board on a Royal Dragon Boat to sail on the Perfume River, which will take you get to the seven-storey Thien Mu Pagoda. After that, visit the Imperial Citadel and you will also explore the former glory of the royalty in the Forbidden Purple City, which houses the country's royal past. Finally, experience the local life atmosphere with a trip to the busy Dong Ba Market.

Day 6: Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An
After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An by road (about 3 hours), on the way you will catch the fascinating scenery of the coast and Da Nang when driving to the top of Hai Van Pass. When arriving in Da Nang, you will pay a visit to the scenic Non Nuoc Beach, and learn about some Vietnamese history through the collection of artifacts that Cham Museum holds. Explore the Marble Mountain that stands for the five natural elements that form the nature before arriving in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An
Today, explore some historical sites in the small town of Hoi An, including the Japanese Bridge, the renowned Chinese Temple and Vietnamese former merchants' houses. After that, you will learn about how to make a lantern through a visit to the home of a craftsman, exploring the authentic rural life, and you are able to keep the lantern you make as a souvenir.

Day 8: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hanoi
After breakfast, spend the morning visiting the My Son-Holy Land, which is said to be the Angkor of Vietnam, with the remains of a series of impressive tower-temples withstanding through all these years. In the afternoon, head back to Da Nang to board your flight to Hanoi.
As soon as you arrived in Hanoi, you will be met by your local guide and accompanied to the hotel for check-in.

Day 9: Hanoi
Today, your guide will take you on a trip to a cluster of the city landmarks, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple. You will know about the different minorities of Vietnam by visiting the Museum of Ethnology, and then get on a rickshaw traveling to the Old Quarter of Hanoi (approx. 1 hour), experiencing the local atmosphere. Today's last stop is the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, where you will visit the Ngoc Son Temple and watch a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.
Note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is not opened on Fridays and Mondays, and most museums are not opened on Mondays.

Day 10: Hanoi - Sapa
In the morning, your driver will drive you to Sapa (about 5 hours), on the way you can stop for some rest or taking pictures. Upon arrival, you will go to the hotel for check-in and have some rest. Visit the splendid Silver Waterfall before stopping at the "Heaven Gate" of Sapa that sits on the top point of Hoang Lien Son Mountain range, where you can capture the view of the marvelous Lai Chau Valley and Fanxipan Mount.

Day 11: Sapa
After breakfast, soak up the rural cultural atmosphere at a vibrant local market. After that, start a soft trekking tour (about 3 hours) to Lao Chai and Ta Van Village, which is home to the Black H'mong and the Day people, where you can take in some fresh air and immerse yourself in the beauty of the marvelous mountains, terraces, as well as the friendly atmosphere of the locals and their special ethnic culture. After that, drive back to Sapa and take a good rest.

Day 12: Sapa - Hanoi
Today, your trek starts with the Ma Tra Village, and then you will walk through the breathtaking view of the rice terraces and reach the Ta Phin Village (approx. 3 hours), where the Red Dao minority lives. Enjoy a lunch in the village that full of local flavor, and then head back to Hanoi by road (about 5 hours).

Day 13: Hanoi - Halong Bay
After breakfast, your driver will drive you to the dock (about 3.5 hours) for the Halong Bay Cruise. Set sail to the Bai Tu Long Bay, where you can enjoy the fantastic landscapes onboard and experience life of the local people by paying a visit to the Vong Vieng Fishing Village. There are also lots of optional entertainments like kayaking, kite flying and cave adventure, etc. After that, a romantic dinner will be served, and you can enjoy your wonderful night under a sky full of stars.

Day 14: Halong Bay - Hanoi
Go on admiring the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay, and then you are going to enjoy a hearty brunch before getting off the ship. Your driver will transfer you back to Hanoi (about 3 hours). Spend the rest of the day on your own.
