Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi
As soon as you arrive in Hanoi, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. You are free to explore the city on your own or to take a break for the rest of the time.

Day 2: Hanoi
This morning, pay a visit to a cluster of city landmarks: the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, Presidential Palace, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple.
In the afternoon, explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, and then take a cycle or a rickshaw leisurely touring narrow streets of the diverse Old Quarter. Stop at the peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the interesting water puppet show at the theatre which is in front of the lake.
Note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is not opened on Fridays and Mondays, and most museums are not opened on Mondays.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Your pleasant Halong Bay cruise begins with a 3-hour nice scenic drive from Hanoi. Surrounded by emerald waters and ever so periodic sights of thousands of towering limestone cliffs and islands, you'll never find another place like Halong Bay. It's absolutely the best way to escape from the buzz of city life. There are also many optional activities like kayaking, swimming, diving, which will definitely make your journey much more fun!

Day 4: Halong Bay - Da Nang - Hoi An
Have a wonderful morning to enjoy the beautiful Halong Bay and have a nice brunch on board. After that, disembark the cruise fly to Da Nang. On arrival, you'll be met by your local guide and driven to Hoi An. Have some fun on your own for the rest of the day.

Day 5: Hoi An
After breakfast, your trip today begins with experiencing fishmen's life in a fishing village. In the afternoon, take a historic trip around the Hoi An Ancient Town, and pay a visit to the ancient 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, Chinese Temple and old Vietnamese merchants' houses, learning about the history of these historical relics. Explore the beautiful night of Hoi An on your own.

Day 6: Hoi An
Today, participate in a join-in group of cooking class for a half day. You will learn to cook some classic and authentic Vietnamese dishes, which will be served as your lunch later on. After the class, go back to the hotel and enjoy some leisure time.

Day 7: Hoi An - Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City
In the morning, you will be picked up at the hotel and transferred to the airport to fly to Ho Chi Minh City. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City
Today, visit the immense network of underground complex, the Cu Chi Tunnels, which is of great importance to the history of Vietnam. You'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City then to pay a visit to the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace). For the following schedule, immerse yourself in the old culture and history of Vietnam with an amble to the Ben Thanh Market, the Old Saigon Post Office and the Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat).

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City
After enjoying your breakfast, set out for a special one day Mekong Delta tour (in My Tho), with a visit to villages and markets. Explore the untouched and natural landscapes of Mekong Delta and discover its local life, beautiful canals and traditional activities.
