Day 1: Arrival - Siem Reap
Welcome to Siem Reap, the gateway to the UNESCO-listed Angkor in northwest Cambodia! Settle in your room for recovery from jet lag and meet your travel fellows while enjoying the welcome dinner.
Optional: Private transfer from the airport to the hotel according to your landing time.

Day 2: Angkor Thom & Angkor
Walk through a causeway guarded by 54 Devas (gods) on the left and 54 Asuras (demons) on the right side and enter the mysterious Angkor Thom from its South Gate. Check out the highlights in the Great City, including the Bayon Temple and the Elephant Terrace.
In the afternoon, continue the eye-opening tour to Angkor Wat, with the guide explaining the stories depicted in the exquisite reliefs and chances to encounter young monks in orange robes. Afterward, climb up to a high point, like Bakheng Hill or Pre Rup Temple, to enjoy the splendid sunset.

Day 3: Banteay Srei and Ta Prohm
Capture magnificent sunrise over Angkor Wat if you are an early bird.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive about one hour through the rustic countryside to visit Banteay Srei, famed for its elaborate carvings, which is said to can only be created by women's hands. On the way, stop to explore some villages.
Have the afternoon to see Ta Prohm, an atmospheric temple embraced by vast roots of ancient trees that you could have seen in the movie named Tomb Raider. Next, marvel at the unfinished mountain temple of Ta Keo and return to the city for a stroll through the Old Market.

Day 4: Tonle Sap Lake, Siem Reap - Bangkok
This morning is for us to meet Tonle Sap, the mother lake of Cambodia. Take a boat to see floating villages and the primitive life of the local people who have lived on the Great Lake for generations. Then, return downtown for some leisure time and lunch, after which, get to the airport for a flight to Thailand.
Landing in Bangkok after about 1.5 hours, be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Have some time to relax and then welcome some new teammates.

Day 5: Bangkok City Tour
Start our city exploration with the early-rising Flower Market, providing the most ritual flowers in Bangkok and various local vegetables and fruits. The next stop is the Grand Palace, with its glossy golden spires dominating the city's historical center.
After lunch, explore the maze of Khlongs, Thai canals, to discover the worldly side of the metropolitan and religious capital city. At the end of the cruise, view the splendid Temple of Dawn and then move on to Wat Pho to admire the massive Reclining Buddha.

Day 6: Leisure Day in Bangkok
Spend the day exploring Thailand's pulsing heart at your own pace. Hang out in big shopping malls and gourmet streets full of aromatic flavor, or treat yourself to a therapeutic Thai massage.
Those wanting deeper involvement in local life may take an optional tour to two exotic markets out of Bangkok.
Optional: Private tour to Damnoen Saduak Floating market and Maeklong Railway Market
For this tour, you need to depart a little earlier this morning, as the floating market about two hours away from Bangkok is most lively before 10 am. There, you will take a boat sailing through the narrow canals to observe the local vendors and their colorful goods on small junks or practice your negotiating skills.
Maeklong Railway market is one of the favorite spots of photographers, where you can picture peddlers racing against trains passing through for business space and time.Accommodation: Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 or similar

Day 7: Bangkok - Chiang Mai, City Highlights of Chiang Mai
Breakfast at the hotel and then get to the airport for the flight to Chiang Mai.
On arrival, be welcomed and escorted for a tasty lunch full of local flavors before the hotel checking-in. After a short break, explore the cultural center of northern Thailand and visit some iconic monuments, including the massive Wat Chedi Luang of the 15th century, the lavish Wat Phra Singh dating to the 14th century, and Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep overlooking the sprawling city full of historical relics and countryside beauties.

Day 8: Meet Elephants in Chiang Mai
It is a day to get close to Asian elephants: learning about their habits, helping to feed them, and observing them playing around their favored pools. There is also a chance to see baby elephants in their nursery. This is a join-in tour without a formal schedule to allow you as much time as possible with elephants.

Day 9: Chiang Mai - Phuket
Have a free morning in Chiang Mai for leisure, an optional cycling tour to discover its idyllic countryside, or a cooking experience with a traditional Lanna family.
In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for the flight to Phuket. On arrival, be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check-in.
