Day 1: Say hello to Sri Lanka
Upon arrival, your chauffeur guide will meet you and then escort you to the hotel in Negombo (20 minutes' drive). You can spend the rest of the day recovering from the jet lag.

Day 2: Negombo - Anuradhapura
Today, your trip begins with the early bargain of the Negombo fish market, a vibrant place that full of rural life atmosphere with lots of marine products coming into the market.
In the afternoon, you are going to take a 5-hour drive to one of the ancient capitals in Sri Lanka, Anuradhapura, which is famous for the many ancient relics. After that, you'll check in your hotel in Anuradhapura and stay overnight.

Day 3: Anuradhapura - Sigiriya
Anuradhapura is a sprawling complex, which is home to a bunch of archaeological and architectural wonders built during Anuradhapura's reign. Take a cultural triangle tour to the Abhayagiri complex, the ancient Sri Maha Bodhi and the bell-shape Thuparamaya, the first dagaba built in the nation. In the afternoon, go to Sigiriya by a 2 hours' drive and then check in to your hotel.

Day 4: Sigiriya
Head for the emblematic site of Sri Lanka, the ancient rock fortress of Lion Rock, which needs some efforts to climb up the steep stairs to admire the relics of the marvelous palace. The breathtaking panoramic view of Dambulla will surely blow your mind.
After lunch, get on a jeep or a tuk tuk driving into the scenic countryside to explore the life in the village of Hiriwadunna, where you will encounter various draught animals, and trek into the local vegetable garden. After that, you'll get on a boat in the lake, and to capture the view of the beautiful sunset at nightfall, feeling the harmony between human and nature with the birds and butterflies flying and the villagers conducting daily activities.

Day 5: Sigiriya - Kandy
In the morning, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka. After that, you are going to Kandy by car (around 3 hours), Ceylon's old capital. On the way you'll take a stop to a spice garden and join in a 15-minute complimentary Ayurveda Massage.
Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional Cultural Dance (Kandyan Dance) and take an easy walk to the Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic nearby, a spiritual place that houses the tooth relic of the Buddha.

Day 6: Kandy
After breakfast, pay a visit to the Royal Botanical Garden of Peradeniya. With an easy walk through the garden, you can find more than 300 varieties of different orchids, spices and many other plants and flowers, which will leave you a pleasant stroll. The rest of the day is yours to spend. We recommend you to take an amble by the Kandy Lake or search for some souvenirs in the downtown markets.

Day 7: Kandy - Galle
Ceylon tea plays an important role in the Sri Lanka economy for its good quality, and today, you are to spend half day for a trip to Geragama Tea Estate, where you'll learn about how the tea is produced and also try processing the tea leaves and sip a cup of this green magic. After that, you will be transferred to Galle by road (about 6 hours).

Day 8: Galle
Today, visit the Dutch Fort, a superb blend of architecture with fortifications that resembles those in Portuguese coast. Walk on the rampart walls, enjoying the fantastic view of the ocean. For dinner, we recommend you to try a local restaurant and grab some bites of the local cuisine.

Day 9: Galle - Colombo
Today, leave for Colombo by train (3-4 hours), which along the way you will capture picturesque scenery of the ocean and fascinating views of some marvelous places.
After arriving, your chauffeur guide will pick you up and take you to visit a cluster of sites that date back to the colonial times: Independence Square, Gangarama Temple of Colombo, mile-long promenade of Galle Face Green and Colombo's National Museum, etc. You'll have time shooting pictures when passing by the former British Administrative Center, etc.

Day 10: Colombo - Male - Maldives
Today, explore the city on your own in the morning, and then your chauffeur guide will transfer you to CMB airport (about 1-hour drive) to fly to Male, which is the capital island of the Maldives.
As soon as you arrived, the representative of the resort will meet you and take you on a speedboat or seaplane to your resort on one of the Maldives.

Free day on your own and enjoy the breathtaking ocean scenery at your resort.

Today you're free to explore the island either by swimming or go surfing, and enjoy wonderful sun bath.
