My Odyssey Tours' sub-brands of China Odyssey Tours, Indochina Odyssey Tours and India Odyssey Tours have been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2016, the fifth time winning the same accolade in a row!
The Certificate of Excellence was founded by TripAdvisor in 2010 to celebrate travel businesses who are recognized for their quality, quantity and reviews over a period of 12 months. To qualify, businesses must score an overall rating of four out of five and consistently obtain positive reviews from real travellers on TripAdvisor for the past year.
Sophie Lu, one of the sales managers at My Odyssey Tours, said: "This is the fifth award from TripAdvisor. Still, we couldn't be more excited to receive it, which serves as a testament to our high standard of consistent service delivered by our valued assets, the staff member and local partners."
There are reasons behind her being proud of the achievements the company has made. In the past year, My Odyssey Tours broadened its map of Asian destinations to Mongolia, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Every time a new place joins, the standard of service remains at the same high level just as in any of the places the company excels in. As a result, there has been a large majority of return customer increasing year on year.

According to TripAdvisor's vice president of industry marketing, Heather Leisman, the Certificate of Excellence Award helps travellers identify the right tour operators and feel more confident when they book with them.
