Day 1: Arrival, Kuala Lumpur
Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Selangor - Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast, your Kuala Lumpur City Discovery today includes the King's Palace, the National Monument, the National Museum, the superb buildings at the Independence Square and the Moorish-style railway station. You will also stop at the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers for a photo opportunity.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Return to hotel for a short break before departing for the "Lights Up" Discovery (Fireflies) at around 4:30 pm. You will be driven to a village named Kampung Kuantan where fireflies light up this coastal area every night. A boat ride takes you to their mangrove swamp habitat. This tour also includes a visit to the palm oil & Fort Melawati and a seafood dinner.
Note: Dress casually and bring rain gear on wet days are suggested. Tour might be canceled when raining heavily.

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur - Malacca - Kuala Lumpur
Early in the morning, drive to Malacca (about 2 hours) - a place filled with unique heritage, customs, and lifestyle of the local folks. Your tour today includes the UNESCO Heritage site recognition, Dutch Administration office, St Peter's Church, the ruins of St Paul's Church, Porta De Santiago, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, and Jonker Street.
Enjoy lunch at the Peranakan (Baba Nyonya) Restaurant, and then drive back to Kuala Lumpur this afternoon. Have a street food tour at Kuala Lumpur Food Trail, during which you might sample dishes like Nasi Lemak, Cendol, Roti Canai, Hokkien Mee, Grilled Fish and many more.

Day 4: Kuala Lumpur - Batu Caves - Ipoh
After breakfast, you will head to Batu Caves, a famous natural limestone cavern which houses a Hindu shrine. Later, drive north to Ipoh (about 2 hours). En route, enjoy a light lunch at Bidor, which is famous for Duck Thigh Noodle and many local snacks. Tour the Sam Poh Tong (Cavern of Triple Gems) and old city area of Ipoh this afternoon. You will stop by at some local coffee shop for a tea break and sample the local delicacy as well.
In the evening, a famous Ipoh Chicken Rice is served for dinner.

Day 5: Ipoh - Kuala Kangsar - Penang
This morning, drive to Kuala Kangsar Town, located at the downstream of Kuala Kangsar River. Your discovery tour includes the gilded dome of Ubudiah Mosque, the Iskandariah Palace and the Istana Kenangan. You will have a taste of the Laksa (spicy noodle soup) and a traditional dessert named Cendol. Drive crossing one of the longest bridges in the world and then enter the Island of Penang.
Coupled with colorful flora, a funicular train ride to the top of Penang Hill is an interesting experience. If the train is under scheduled maintenance, you will explore the Botanical Garden, the Reclining Buddha, and the Kek Lok Si Temple instead. After the tour, check-in your hotel and be prepared to test the comfort of the bed.

Day 6: Penang Street Food Tour
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. However, you may skip the hotel's breakfast as you will later proceed for Penang Walking Food Trail.
Experience a world of Asian flavors on this 3-hour culinary walking tour in Penang. Visit local coffee shops, spice markets and food vendors with your guide. Admire stalls bursting with fresh fruit, seafood and vegetables, and sample delicious local delicacies such as prawn fritters and rice cooked in coconut milk. Listen as your guide sheds light on Penang's street-food culture and visit the city's oldest Indian Muslim restaurant. Maybe you cannot help but want another round of food challenges.
In the afternoon, you will visit a food paradise street where you can find a table to dine. Find some of the best Wantan Noodles, Hokkien Noodles and Char Kuew Teow (Fried Rice Noodles).

Day 7: Penang - Kuala Lumpur, Departure
Free at leisure before being escorted to the airport for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur to take the connecting flight back home.
