"Everything about Odynovo was great from beginning to end. Our Odynovo travel consultant, who booked our holiday, Queenie Yang was friendly and professional. There were a number of amendments to the tour schedule we asked for, and Queenie was able to incorporate these changes without any dramas. Every time I had a question she would respond promptly and clearly. She made booking the tour with absolute ease. When we were picked up from the airport in Delhi I knew right away that we were in good hands. We were met by a representative holding a sign with our name on it and we were taken to the Odynovo car. The Odynovo car was great, it had wifi, cold drinks, and snacks. Our driver for the next week, Verma, was a great guy, it was clear that he took real pride in his work, the car was at all times kept spotlessly clean, and whenever we would return to the car after seeing an attraction, he would be waiting for us with cold drinks, which was just what we needed after walking around in the Indian heat for a few hours. Our guides each day were great too, with deep knowledge of the sites they were showing us. In particular, our guide Stanley in Goa was great. All in all, I would highly recommend Odynovo, and would not hesitate to use their services again! "
