The quote we provide is in US Dollar. You can find reference exchange rate here. My Odyssey Tours usually collects 30% of the total tour cost as deposit. Your travel consultant may fine-tune this number in line with your actual itinerary and group size. The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date.

How to pay by PayPal:
Your travel consultant will send you an secured PayPal online payment link in email. Click the link, log in to your PayPal account and click on the "pay" button to complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still complete your PayPal payment by providing your credit card information. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.

Credit Card (with Authorization Letter)
Authorization Letter is preferred because it is safer. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, and American Express. Right now we DO NOT provide online credit card payment so we need your authorization. Your travel consultant will send the Authorization Form via email for you to print and fill out.
It takes only three steps and you can complete the credit card payment authorization:
Step 1: Fill out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with your VALID credit card information (card type, number, card holder's name, billing address and card holder's signature, etc.)
Step 2: Scan or take photos of the completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form, both sides of your credit card and your passport, then send the digital image file to us via email.
Step 3: After we receive your authorization documents, we will acknowledge the receipt by sending you an email and send the documents to Bank of China in China, where our parent company is located. The bank will help us get your payment from your credit card issuing bank.
- Chinese Government doesn’t allow tour company to charge in foreign currencies. Credit card payments charged in CNY are based upon the prevailing rates in China. Your card issuing bank will debit you in local currency and My Odyssey Tours has no control on the conversion rate employed by your card company. As a result, the amount charged from your credit card might be slightly different from the amount on the credit card authorization form.
We cannot accept credit card payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 45 days prior to your departure date.

Pay by Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer)
Wire transfer is easy to do and incurs a lower surcharge than PayPal and Credit Card, however it could take 5 days to 3 weeks for the payment to reach us. So we cannot accept wire transfer for bookings made less than 30 days before arrival. You travel consultant will send our bank account detail to you if you choose to pay this way.
Tang Dynasty Tours is the parent company of My Odyssey Tours. Please write your travel consultant's name on the postscript so we can identify your payment and confirm with you faster. After finishing payment at the bank, Please scan or take a picture of the bank receipt and send it to your travel consultant.
