Day 1: Arrival, Cairo
Welcome to Cairo. Odyssey representative will meet and help you accelerate the visa procedures (fee excluded) at the airport. After claiming baggage, you'll be picked up by your private driver and escorted to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your disposal.

Day 2: Cairo Ancient Ruins Exploration
Firstly, drive south to Memphis to explore this "open-air museum". After that, continue to visit the Step Pyramid of Saqqara, the first pyramid built in Egypt. End with the famous Giza pyramids complex including the massive and mystical Great Sphinx.

Day 3: Cairo City Highlights
Spend some time in the Egyptian Museum with mummies and a volume of treasures bringing you back to pharaoh times. Head for Old Cairo to wonder at the Citadel of Salah El Din and the Mohammed Ali Mosque. Wander around the Khan El Khalili Bazaar or do some shopping there.

Day 4: Cairo - Aswan
Take an early and short flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to board the Nile River cruise that will take you to a 2-day cruise on the beautiful Nile River and enjoy the ancient attractions along the banks.

Day 5: Nile River Cruise
After early breakfast, sail along the Nile River to visit the Greco-Roman Sobek Temple, which is a symmetrical twin temple with the northern half for falcon god Horus and the southern part for crocodile god Sobek. The next gorgeous site will be the Temple of Horus, which is a relatively younger and very well preserved Egyptian temple. A horse carriage ride between the pier and the temple would be impressive.

Day 6: Nile River Cruise
Today, you'll set sail to Luxor in the early morning and visit some amazing spots in this city. The Valley of the Kings is a must-see miracle where so many exquisitely detailed tombs are buried underground by rock and sand. Three tombs of the ancient Pharaohs are open for your access. Afterward, go on to the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut. On the way, Colossi of Memnon consisted of two giant stone statues of Amenhotep III is worth your short stay.

Day 7: Luxor - Cairo - Nairobi
Your exploration begins with the Temples of Karnak. Go down the two-kilometer magical Avenue of Sphinx to enter this second largest ancient religious site in the world. After that, you'll be guided through the magnificent Luxor Temple painted and drew with various pharaohs' symbols and characters on the walls. When the tour ends, you'll be escorted to catch the flight to Cairo. From Cairo airport, you will connect the red eye flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be picked up to the hotel for check-in by our representative.

Day 8: Nairobi - Aberdare National Park
Drive through (about 2.5h) the thickly forested and intensely cultivated Central Highlands with so many farms and ranches across it. In the afternoon, transfer to shuttle bus to the Lodges Precints and the night wildlife viewing from your comfortable lodge will be very exciting.

Day 9: Aberdare National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha
Rejoin your driver at the Aberdare Country Club and begin today's safari.
After lunch, start your adventures in the Lake Nakuru National Park, which is the sanctuary for white rhino and Rothschild giraffe. You could also spot flamingo, hippo, other waterfowl and predators. In the late afternoon, drive to Lake Naivasha area for overnight.

Day 10: Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara National Park
Proceed to Kenya's best park, Maasai Mara National Park, with superb plains scenery and diverse wildlife. The yearly spectacular migration across the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and the Maasai Mara is a continuous route, followed by over 1.5 million wildebeests and thousands of zebras, gazelles and elands. Have lunch and rest at the lodge, continue to your safari for discovering Africa's Big Five (African Elephant, Black Rhino, Cape Buffalo, African Lion, and African Leopard).

Day 11: Maasai Mara National Park
Spend the whole day in the Maasai Mara National Park exploring the diversified and incredible flora and fauna in the reserve. Game drive is provided in the morning and late afternoon, and you can also enjoy the marvelous scenery of this pristine African savannah.

Day 12: Maasai Mara National Park - Nairobi, Departure
In the morning, you will be driven back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, have a rest at the city hotel before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your scheduled international departure flight.
